When you instruct Lucas McMullan Jacobs we will:

Supply a written quotation confirming our fees
  Keep you informed on what is happening and why
  Deal with your instruction as quickly and efficiently as possible. If unavoidable delays arise these will be communicated clearly to you
  Communicate with you on a regular basis through an honest and simple approach
  Return your calls; where possible on the same day
  Arrive at agreed times for appointments and contact you in advance in the event of any delay.

We understand that when people need the services of a solicitor it is often during a difficult and stressful period. We aim to reduce this stress through the high standards set out in our client charter. If for any reason you feel this is not being followed please let us know immediately.
